Welcome to Statsly! By using the Statsly Overwolf app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read them carefully.

1. License to Use

Statsly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal device for the purpose of tracking and analyzing your gameplay statistics in supported games.

2. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for personal, lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app without explicit permission.
• Respect the terms of use of the games you track; Statsly does not authorize any violations of those games’ rules.

3. Data

• Statsly collects gameplay data locally on your device.
• We do not transmit or share your data unless you explicitly choose to upload it.
• Users are responsible for managing and securing their local data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

• Statsly is provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• The app may contain bugs, and you use it at your own risk.
• Under no circumstances will Statsly or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

• All code, graphics, logos, and content in the app are owned by Statsly and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without explicit permission.

6. Updates

Statsly may update the app periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of France.
