Statsly collects detailed gameplay statistics locally from the games you play, including but not limited to:

• PEAK: Run data (wins, duration, scores), player stats (movement, healing, injuries, status effects).
• Apex Legends: Match details (kills, assists, damage, time alive/dead, weapons used), teammates info, rankings, and gameplay timelines.
• Fortnite: Match stats (kills, rank, assists, weapon stats, teammates), durations, materials used, and more.
• PUBG: Match metadata, player rankings, damage, weapons, survival times, and match timelines.

2. How Data Is Stored

All data collected by Statsly remains stored locally on your device within the Overwolf app environment. Specifically:

• Data is saved in SQLite database files located in your operating system’s roaming folder under %APPDATA%/Statsly (Windows) or the equivalent path on your platform.
• Each supported game has its own SQLite file where gameplay stats are saved separately.
• No gameplay data is transmitted to external servers or cloud storage unless you explicitly choose to share or upload your data.

3. User Control & Data Deletion

You have full control over your gameplay data stored by Statsly:

• You can delete all stored data by removing the corresponding SQLite files manually from the Statsly roaming folder.
• Deleting these files will permanently erase all local gameplay statistics and insights collected by the app.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

The collected data is used exclusively to provide you with:

• Accurate and detailed in-app gameplay statistics and overlays.
• Insights into your performance to help improve your skills.
• Reliable match histories and trend tracking for supported games.

5. Data Sharing and Security

Statsly does not share your gameplay data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your local data from unauthorized access or tampering.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
